Every element of the outsourcing process is crucial for the success of your project.
At Outcat, we start working with you by understanding your organization, how the project you want to augment fits into its goals, and by diagnosing the needs of the project itself.
The specialists we offer are selected from a pool of proven people we know. We want to create a network of experts you can trust and whose skills you will want to come back to us for.
Often in the heat of the project work, there is no time for proper induction, which is why Outcat facilitates the process of onboarding and shares the best practices with you.
Recruiting a new teammate is only half the battle for outsourcing. This is what differentiates Outcat's approach from others on the market - using a number of tools, we actively work to ensure that the cooperation between all the parties runs in the best conditions.

Discovery call
The first meeting is all about you.
You meet with our Relationship Lead to discuss your project and needs, and see how we can support you. Be ready to brief us about your goals, expected timeline, and workflow on your side.
To make sure we are on the same page, we send a summary of the call right away, and the next steps come within 3 to 5 days.

Candidates list
Using our sources, we are looking for people who match the experience, skills and work culture to fit into your project seamlessly.
This stage results in a list of blind CVs from which you choose the best match.
Along with the CVs, we suggest slots for tech interviews and share the candidates' availability.

Technical interview
The candidates you chose based on blind CVs are available for your technical interview. This meeting is also joined by the Relationship Lead to oversee the process and advise.
We are striving to build a long-term relationship. With the right level of trust, we believe we will be able to skip this part in the future, as you will see that we understand your needs and you will know we deliver.

Onboarding and process
To ensure a smooth and quick integration with your team, we provide you with our know-how of good onboarding practices.
The whole process is supervised by a dedicated Relationship Lead, who makes sure that everyone in the project has received all the necessary input to effectively work after a new teammate's introduction.

Relationship management and feedback
Bringing the right candidate to your project is only the first half of the outsourcing success.
A dedicated Relationship Lead oversees ongoing communication and delivery of your project. We use a number of tools, such as regular feedback calls, surveys, retrospectives, and workshops to facilitate it.
You also have access to the expertise of our HR and business specialists, who will help you make swift adjustments to the project if needed.
